| I think this song embodies the theme: to make a difference in at least one person's life, to make strides instead of conquering the world...to take struggles one day at a time. The verse that represents this is "My hands are small I know, but they're not yours, they are my own, and I am never broken. In the end only kindness matters." To touch just one life, to turn just one frown into a smile... One of my favorite lines of poetry has such a similar idea. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "To know one life has breathed easier because you have lived...this is to have succeeded." |
